Wonton wrappers, prawns, eggs and a secret chocolate stash

Dirt! A dirty kitchen makes life difficult

Pesto! You see it everywhere and on most things in some shape or form
What is the most underused/underrated ingredient?
Offal, There are some pretty tasty parts instead of premium cuts

Bolly with the Mrs on New Year’s Eve

Knives – can’t live without them, Apron – I’m messy, Robot Coupe – every kitchen should have one!
Is there a food you can’t bring yourself to like?
Not really. I’m keen to try most things

Best meal? Nothing rates more than my mom’s cooking

They have more produce here than in New Zealand.
