The menu items below are just a sample taken from our function menus. Our experienced event co-ordinators can tailor a menu to suit your individual needs and will be happy to personally discuss your requirements with you.

Menu A

Entree
• Salt & pepper calamari with cucumber, mandarin salad and Yuzu mayonnaise
• Homemade Three cheese ravioli with smoky eggplant puree
• Fried lemongrass chicken skewers with homemade chili jam

Main
• Grain fed MSA 300g boneless prime rib steak on a green pea puree, Enoki mushrooms & our delicious Yakiniku BBQ sauce
• Char-grilled tuna steaks served on a warm sweet corn and white bean salad & lime aioli
• Grilled chicken breast with a coriander and almond crust served on sautéed Asian greens

Dessert
• Trio of chocolate - Royal feuilletine bar, creamy chocolate ice cream and chocolate cigar
• Passionfruit cheesecake with mango, passionfruit coulis, berry compote and white chocolate wedge

• Mushroom caps filled with goats cheese and capers
• Brushetta of smoked chicken and mango with a coriander aioli

Entree
• Salt & pepper calamari with cucumber, mandarin salad and Yuzu mayonnaise
• Hand made three cheese ravioli served with a grilled eggplant puree
• Fried lemongrass chicken skewers with homemade chili jam
• Local mussels from Hobson’s Bay in a fennel, white wine and chili liquor served with crusty toast

Main
